Jovial will review your confirmed plans, identify timing concerns, and create a detailed wedding-day timeline that can be shared with your vendors and key participants.

What’s Included:

We’ll meet through Google Meet to walk through your wedding day, review the confirmed details, and discuss the timing of each major event and transition.
You’ll have access to email support during the two weeks before the wedding to provide updates, answer timeline-related questions, and clarify final details.
Jovial will review the timing and logistical information provided by your vendor team to make sure the schedule is realistic and aligned.
You’ll receive a detailed timeline built around your wedding, vendors, locations, and priorities.

When Services Begin

Timeline Development begins approximately two weeks before the wedding, after all vendors have been booked and the major wedding-day details have been confirmed.

The couple must provide complete and accurate vendor contact information, along with access to the contracts, schedules, questionnaires, and other details needed to develop the timeline.

The completed timeline will be delivered between one week and two days before the wedding, depending on when all required information and final vendor details are received.
