Ceremony-Only Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support for the rehearsal and ceremony. Jovial will help organize the processional, guide your wedding party through the rehearsal, oversee ceremony setup, and manage the details and transitions on the wedding day.
What’s Included:

We’ll meet through Google Meet to walk through your wedding ceremony, review the details, and discuss the timing of each major event and transition.

Professional guidance during the rehearsal so everyone knows where to stand, when to walk, and what to expect.

Jovial will review the timing and logistical information provided by your vendor team to make sure the schedule is realistic and aligned.

On-site coordination before and during the ceremony to manage the wedding party, communicate with vendors, cue the processional, and keep everything on schedule.
When Services Begin
Ceremony-Only Coordination begins six weeks before your wedding day. During this time, Jovial will review your ceremony plans, confirm important details, and help prepare your wedding party for a smooth, organized rehearsal and ceremony.
Pricing:
May through October: $650
November through April: $500
