Designed for couples who want to be fully present on their wedding day, Jovial steps in six weeks before the wedding to finalize details, coordinate with vendors, create the timeline, and manage the celebration from setup through cleanup.

Two dedicated planning meetings, held approximately six weeks and one week before the wedding, to review details, answer questions, and prepare for the day.

A detailed timeline created for your vendors, wedding party, and key family members.

Confirmation of important details and arrival times with vendors before the wedding. Vendors also receive Jovial’s contact information so questions and issues can be directed to the coordinator during the final week instead of the couple.

When Services Begin
Services begin six weeks before the wedding. At that time, Jovial will review your plans, vendor details, décor instructions, and setup and cleanup needs. We’ll create the wedding-day timeline, identify missing details or timing concerns, coordinate final logistics with your vendors, and develop a clear plan for setup, event management, and end-of-night cleanup.

Premium Coordination vs. Comprehensive Coordination
Both packages include the same six-week coordination process, planning meetings, venue walkthrough, timeline development, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management.
The Premium Package also includes décor setup before the event and cleanup of personal décor and belongings at the end of the night. Comprehensive is best for couples whose venue, vendors, or loved ones will handle those tasks.
Day-of Coordination vs. Full Planning
Day-of coordination is designed for couples who plan their own wedding but want a professional to bring everything together. Your coordinator steps in closer to the wedding to finalize the timeline, confirm details with vendors, manage the rehearsal, and oversee the wedding day.
Full-service planning provides support throughout the entire planning process. Your planner helps develop the vision, manage the budget, recommend and communicate with vendors, organize logistics, and guide major decisions from the beginning.
