Comprehensive Day-of Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want professional support bringing it all together. Jovial will finalize your timeline, communicate with vendors, coordinate the rehearsal, and manage the details and flow of your wedding day from beginning to end.

A phone consultation before booking to discuss your wedding plans, priorities, and the support you’re looking for.

Two dedicated planning meetings, held approximately six weeks and one week before the wedding, to review details, answer questions, and prepare for the day.

An on-site walkthrough to review the layout, timeline, ceremony plan, and important logistical details.

A detailed timeline created for your vendors, wedding party, and key family members.

Confirmation of important details and arrival times with vendors before the wedding. Vendors also receive Jovial’s contact information so questions and issues can be directed to the coordinator during the final week instead of the couple.

Jovial serves as the primary contact for vendors and key participants so you and your family can enjoy the day.

One experienced coordinator is included, with the option to add a second professional coordinator when additional support is needed.

Direction of the wedding rehearsal so everyone understands where to stand, when to walk, and what to expect.

What’s the Difference?
Premium Coordination vs. Comprehensive Coordination
Both packages include the same six-week coordination process, planning meetings, venue walkthrough, timeline development, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management.
The Comprehensive Package does not include décor setup before the event or cleanup of personal décor and belongings at the end of the night. These services are included in the Premium Package.
When Services Begin
Services begin six weeks before the wedding. At that time, Jovial will review your plans and vendor details, create the wedding-day timeline, identify any missing information or timing concerns, and begin preparing for a smooth transition into final coordination. Vendor communication will begin closer to the wedding once the timeline and key details are confirmed.
