This service is for couples who want comprehensive support in selecting and securing vendors. With Enhanced Vendor Sourcing, you’ll get:
Availability Checks: We confirm that vendors can accommodate your wedding date.
Curated Recommendations: We research and present vendors that match your wedding style, needs, and budget.
Detailed Information: Each recommended vendor comes with a description of services offered, pricing, and any special considerations.
Communication & Follow-Up: We reach out to vendors, handle questions, and coordinate details on your behalf.
Booking Assistance: We secure your preferred vendors, so you don’t have to manage the process yourself.
Best for couples who: want hands-on support, save time, and ensure their top-choice vendors are booked and confirmed without doing the follow-up themselves.
Basic Vendor Sourcing
$100 per Vendor Category
This service is for couples who want guidance but prefer to manage the booking themselves. With Basic Vendor Sourcing, you’ll get:
Trusted Vendor List: A curated list of at least 2 vendors per category (up to 4 when possible) that we personally recommend.
Service & Pricing Overview: Each vendor comes with a description of services offered and general pricing guidance.
Availability Confirmation: We verify that vendors are available on your wedding date.
DIY Booking: You handle all communication and booking directly with the vendors.
Best for couples who: want vetted options, but prefer to manage communication and booking on their own schedule.
