Designed for couples who have planned the majority of their wedding but want an experienced professional to take over final details, logistics, and execution so they can truly enjoy the day.

An additional assistant may be required for weddings with more than 200 guests, extensive setup needs, multiple locations, or more complex logistics. When required, an assistant fee will be added to the coordination total.

Premium Coordination

$1,800

Designed for couples who want the full Comprehensive Coordination experience with additional hands-on support for setup, execution, and end-of-night logistics.

Includes everything in Comprehensive Coordination, plus:

• Up to two hours of ceremony setup support

• Up to three hours of reception setup support

• Up to two hours of cleanup and décor breakdown support post-event

• Additional hands-on assistance with room readiness, décor placement, transitions, vendor coordination, and end-of-night packing

• One Jovial assistant coordinator included for large weddings or when additional support is needed.

Setup and cleanup support includes placement and packing of pre-assembled décor items according to an approved setup plan. It does not include heavy lifting, installations, hanging décor, extensive furniture moving, items over six feet or 60 pounds, or unlisted last-minute projects.
