How It Works

Booking: Reserve your cotton candy bar for the number of hours you’d like. Your first hour is included in your booking fee. Additional hours available for $175/hour
Flavors: Includes your choice of two flavors . Pick additional flavors for $25 each. Dye-free and organic options available. Maximum of 8 flavors.
Guests: Each guest pays per cone, making it a fun, interactive experience.
Add-Ons: Glow stick cones, edible glitter, cake pops, and custom signage are available to enhance the fun!

To ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for every event, please note the following:

Flavor Selection: Each booking includes two flavors. Additional flavors may be added for an additional fee. To maintain efficiency and quality, a maximum of 8 flavors is permitted per event.
*Specialty Flavors: Some specialty flavors require premium ingredients and may incur a $10–$15 upcharge per flavor.
Flavor Finalization: All flavor selections must be finalized 7 days prior to the event date. Flavor changes less than 7 days prior to the event are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Service Style: For Cash Cotton Candy Bar bookings, guests purchase cotton candy per cone during the event.
Add-Ons: Optional enhancements such as glow stick cones, edible glitter, cake pops, and custom signage are available and must be finalized 7 days in advance when possible.
Setup Requirements: A level space and access to power are required for setup. Additional details will be provided prior to your event to ensure a seamless experience.
