This package is designed for couples who feel confident in their overall planning but want expert coordination to ensure a seamless, stress-free ceremony. Services begin approximately six weeks prior to your wedding day, providing dedicated guidance for the most meaningful part of your celebration.

Included in this package:
• Two Video Consultations – One at six weeks out and one during the final week to review all ceremony details.
• One Venue Walkthrough – A comprehensive site visit to finalize ceremony logistics and flow.
• Rehearsal Coordination – Full guidance during the rehearsal to ensure your wedding party feels confident and prepared.
• Two Hours of On-Site Ceremony Coordination – Oversight and execution on your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Need help with ceremony setup or cleanup? No problem. Those services can be added.

Investment:
• Peak Season (May–October): $425
• Non-Peak Season (November–April): $300

Please note: Pricing reflects weddings within a 30-mile radius of St. Charles, MO. A travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip) will apply to events outside this service area.
